I order a free sample for 5.95 that charge was to be for shipping and handeling. I noticed a charge in the amount of 78.84 and I have tried to cancell and demand a refund of charge. I have called every phone number and rang busy or quick disconnect. I went to the web site and did a quick chat to cancel this product and the echat person said that it was canceled and they will refund and stop charges. I still have not seen a refund to my account.
