Like everyone else, I ordered Acai Pure on Nobember 10, 2008 and thought I was being charged $4.95 but was actually charged $44.85 on November 11. I was supposed to receive the product in 2-3 days and never received until Sat. the 22nd. They agreed to extend my trial period of which I returned the products on Mon. Nov. 24 and they claim they never received it. Since then, I was again charged $39.95 for a monthly service fee of which I sent an email request to cancel on November 11, 2008.
