I went on obamas free grants and paid for a CD for $3, 85 and got nothing but a charge pending on my CC. That's Fraud.and i canceled right away and now let's see what will happen now. Im disabled and try to get alittle extra when i can but i will fight for my $40... Valerie Russo read full review »
