PURCHASED FLOWERS. IN ADDITION TO THE CHARGE FOR THE FLOWERS WAS AN ADDITIONAL 9.95 CHARGE. I TRIED TO CALL THE COMPANY TWICE, WAS PUT ON HOLD THEN THE LINE WENT DEAD. I CALLED BOA AND THEY TOLD BE THAT THE 9.95 WAS A "RECURRING CHARGE" (MONTHLY). I HAD TO INACTIVATE MY DEBIT CARD AND APPLY FOR A NEW CARD. I PURCHASED A Toshiba 52 inch TV in 12/2004. Jan 16, 2009 the TV was picked up for having a faulty ballast which was verified. I have waited 45 days as the part is on "backorder" without an expected date. The TV repairshop said that after 30 days the warantee company will generally replace the TV. I called Repairmaster as the contract states that they will replace the TV (with one of similar quality) if the part is "unavailable" which it is and will be for the forseeable future.
