Submit Solution has been busy ripping people off for a long time. It's always the same story. Purchasing a $ 3 and change CD from eBay or sellers lounge and the next thing you know you have a 39.95 charge from Submit Soltion on your card.. Submit Solutions took my credit card information and billed me for building a web site (or so they say). I gave my credit card info. to purchase a $3.00 CD from eBay, apparently by clicking a continue button I was sent to Submit Solutions to authorize them to bill me for a website. I never had any interest in having a website built and if I had I would certainly have some 1 on 1 communication with the person/persons who would be building the site.
