I ordered specialty coffee from this company after seeing their advertisement on Facebook.com. When I signed up to receive coffee each month, I fully expected to be able to visit their web site and update or make changes in my account...you can't do that. Even though they have your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card info, you cannot view your account personally.
