I have had to call for service on my On Demand services six times in the past three months. Each time, I've spent more than a half hour calling in; then I'm responsible for finding someone to wait at my house for a technician. Each time they have another "reason" for the problem. Today I asked why someone hasn't flagged my account -- to find out what's wrong.
