Called to return product after developing hives from it. They refused because it had been 2 weeks after product was shipped. Although, it took 10 days to receive it. I told them I was going to make a Better Business Bureau complaint and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and said they would refund it but still haven't. It's been over 2 weeks.
