I found after the 14 day trial period that I would not be able to continue using the product (Pure Acai Berry) due to other prescription medications I am required to take. I called them to cancel the automatic shipment program today. I questioned what to do with subsequent shipments that I may receive. I was told to 'keep them, you will not be charged, consider it a gift if you should receive anymore shipments...' I requested a cancellation confirmation number of which I was told there was none.
