I bought 25 euros credit for internet telephony services. As soon as I did that they increased the rates THREE TIMES !!! and they introduced a connection fee. I asked for my money back because it isn't convenient for me any more at those rates, many times, but I didn't get any response. They don't have any phone number to contact. They are rippers.
