I agreed to a free trial supply (which didn't work by the way), only to find out that I rec'd another 60 capsule supply and the company charged my bank acct. I just rec'd this shipment and when I called to cancel and to ask for a RMA number to return last shipment, I called 1-866-484-2863, and was told that they couldn't pull up my acct with order number 1567615 (which is on order summary), and they told me that their computers were running slow-and that was why they couldn't pull up my order (even with name/ph #/zip... read full review »
