I also ordered the free bottle and cancelled the same day by phone. Didn't think anything about not getting an email confirmation because I had done it the same day. I got the product, opened it but it didn't work so didn't take many of the Acai Berry. When it came there was no information with it so I thought it was cancelled. I get another bottle in the mail and realize they've charged me for both bottles. I called and they have no record of the cancellation but did tell me I could return the second bottle. I hope I get a refund on that. read full review »
