I received trial order was never billed for $5.95. Then not receiving any more product (which in fact I didn't want) got bill on 2/3/09 $88.62 called 1-866-950-6352 got RMA14969601948315 still not receiving any product to return. Called again got RMA1496960-19483 (from a person not understanding anything I said). Finally received product (NOT OPENING) on 2/21/09 returned on 2/24/09 tracking # 0308-0070-0002-0619-9896, for credit of the $88.62.
