I had asked person(Whitney) for credit which was unauthorized of $58.61. It was to be for info. @ $1.99 only. They gave me a ticket ID # and told me to email Attn: Janet for a refund. I did not receive a e-mail back or a credit. But they certainly took my money from my account. Now, I have to contact the bank and report this action which was taken from my account.
