On our last visit to Cancun we decided to prebook a taxi to take us from the airport to our hotel. On our two previous trips we had problems with the taxis we prebooked. One didn't show and the other was 45 minutes late. We know Grayline is the set up at the airport but their prices are higher. I contacted [email protected] and was quoted $53. We were told that it was not necessary to prepay or prebook and simply go to the Grayline counter upon arrival.
