I found an ottoman I was looking for at Ashley Furniture and was surprised that they had a central distribution center and it would take 3-6 weeks to pick up the item at the store. I finally received the phone message telling me my item was here and to call and schedule a pickup. I called and spoke to someone at the store who said I could come in on Saturday from 1-5 to pick it up.
