The logos provided were simply awful. I am not expecting the designs to match exactly what I had in mind but they completely lacked any aesthetics whatsoever. When submitting your design requirements you are asked to include existing designs you like - to which they simply copied and pasted to create your logos! They advertised a 100% refund policy.
