I ordered the free trial sample and paid the postage, however want to send it back as I have read numerous complaints about mischarges however the contact information (866-897-2464) seems to get me nowhere (I get a message that the "call cannot be completed"). I sent the unopened sample back with a letter to cancel any further shipments. I plan to deny any further charges as "stolen" in the future should an attempts to charge the card are made.
