I have a complaint against the way Homeq handled loan modifications, foreclosure and repayment plans. In September of 2008 I paid Homeq $14, 000 in an efford to keep my home from foreclosure. I was forced to sign a document 2 days before the foreclosure in an effort to keep my house off the market. The payment plan was impossible for me to maintain because I am unemployed and was only receiving unemployment at the time.
