About a year ago I was at my parents house and my mother was telling me she had problems with her computer. She brought it to future shop to get it fixed and all her software that she had so they could get clean out the computer and reinstall all her programs again. My mother got her computer back and no software. She asked for them and they told her they didnt have them.
