Apparently, like many others, I was charged $11.95 for a Google Success Kit I have yet to receive and which I do not want. I also found a $4.95 Fraud Protection charge (don't miss the irony here) having been deducted from my checking account as well. The contact number directs one to "Quick Cash Support.com", an apprently non-existant web-site.
