I wonder if anybody could help in relation to a monthly subscription which was deducted from my credit card on the double. I had cancelled my subscription and was aware of the cancellation policy. However on the final month of subscription I was deducted twice. I have phoned the head office on a number of occasions and emailed on a further number of occasions.
