I had a confirmed reservation for Delta Flight #DL1299 on 7/20/10, from Salt Lake City to Kona Hawaii. Both my Delta confirmation and boarding pass denoted this was non-stop SLC to Kona. However DL1299 stopped at Los Angeles and the Kona passenger put aboard another Delta flight, which was 4 hours leaving LA due to mechanical problems. Consequently, I missed a connecting flight in Kona, and a very important business meeting in Honolulu. Had I know Delta's confirmation and boarding pass were deceptive, I would have taken a direct flight aboard either United or Hawaiian airlines read full review »

my Canon i70 printer was having problems, and I told JustAnswer I would authorize the $38 charge only if their "solution" worked. Their "solution" was "your printer is defective" which I obviously already knew and solved nothing. They charged my MasterCard anyway, which I had Mastercard reverse. read full review »

I purchased an Orbitz.com flight package which included a Honolulu to Kona flight aboard Mesa Airlines subsidiary GO! Airlines. The GO! flight was cancelled because the pilots had "timed out", requiring that I purchase a full-fare ticket to Kona aboard Hawaiian Airlines. Despite numerous E-mails and phone calls to "customer service" at Orbitz, Mesa or GO!, I have yet to be reimbursed for the Hawaiian Airlines ticket. Several months ago, a GO! flight from Honolulu to Hilo overshot the Hilo airport because both pilots had dozed off, and had to be awakened by the Hilo control tower. I will never again deal with Orbitz, Mesa or GO!. read full review »
