signed up for their "free trial" of pure acai berry tablets for $4.99, then out of the blue i got hit with a $78.81 charge in my bank account, plus foreign transaction fees! When i called to dispute and cancel, the only offered to stop future shipments. The product was terrible and didnt even work, now im paying $78 too much for it! Their customer service was difficult to understand and unwilling to assist me. They just kept saying the $78.81 was noted on the website, we are not refunding you. TERRIBLE!!
