I became late in my payment to HSBC-Orchard Bank and was contacted by a representative of this card company. I told them that a payment would be made soon. I was told that a notation of my comment would be made on my account. I was called about 10 times about my account. No notation was made about my conversations with Orchard Bank. Watch out when you use the Orchard Bank Card. They will harass you many time even if you talk with a representative about your account. read full review »
