I also was charged $79.96. When I called the phone number, the person that answered, "Mr. Hill", I was asked which product did I order and how he couldn't help me that I had to E-MAIL someone to get a refund. There were no phone numbers that I could actually speak to anyone. I then sent an emai and was told that even though I didn't receive the product that I still would not recieve my money back. I then noticed another charge from a different company and it was the same deal. Bottom line...don't order anything for a free trial...even if it was on OPRAH! read full review »
