I ordered the first free trial of this product which was sent to me and I paid for the shipping and handling. A month an half later I get another charge for shipping and handling, I have not ordered or received another bottle of this. I have called the company twice and each time they say it will be back in my account between 5 to 10 days. I finally called a third time and they tell me this is shipping and handling charges which I already paid.
