I made the mistake of ordering a trial sample of Acai Berry Edge from GNS, Inc. I received two bottles (which I thought I was getting a "trial sample" for $3.97). I did not receive this order until after the "date of return" and upon reviewing my credit card statement, I was charged twice for the amount of $79.90 (on the same date). I immediately called this company and spent the next three hours on hold but managed to talk with two very rude representatives.
