I was charged $900 to cancel my telephone service! When I inquired as to why there were these exorbitant charges I was told I was in a special business plan and could not cancel my phone service without $300 per line for 3 lines. I told them I never signed up for this plan and asked to see my contract. They told me it was verbal. I called multiple times to complain and they told me they would investigate.
