I was seeking help to apply for a Govt grant. I was supposed to be charged 1.98 shipping. I agreed on 2/18, I received the cd on 3/4/09. In addition, the website was very hard to navigate through, in fact impossible. All attempts to contact their support team online, or by telephone were unsuccessful.
