I have a one year old Vista machine that was delivered with Norton 360 v 2.xx. I renewed the subscription this weekend and for some reason there was a problem with the subscription renewal. I contacted Technical support at 10:30 AM EST and Symantec took control of my machine remotely to correct the problem. Lo and behold Symantec uninstalled V 2.xx and installed V 1.xx in its place.
