On Feb. 17th I checked my account balance before paying some bills. I noticed that a withdrawal had been made by IDS Grants. I called the number that appeared next to the name (866-702-6834) and spoke to some lady who said I would receive two emails regarding the matter. The following day I checked and no emails. I called again and spoke with a man. I told him about my firt call and he said I needed to get in touch with their support team and gave me an email address of [email protected].
