Buyers, please beware! If you buy a lifetime membership from Tivo, they will still charge you the monthly $13 monthly fee. I called Tivo to alert them to this error, but I got no apology. I spoke to supervisor Tony #4377 regarding error #11063899, but he would not reverse the total of $38.85. He even had the audacity to say it was a small amount compared to what I had saved by buying a Tivo. What the @#$*&? How does that "logic" justify the company's error?
