me and my boyfriend went to sams to get tires and bought 4 tires and when we bought and paid for all the mounting and balancing done on all of them we were called back to the the tire department for the srevice tech to tell us he stripped 5 lug nuts on one tire and left one lug holding and told us he didnt have the tool to take the lugs off and told us when he gave usthe keys to go home he told us goodluck and left and was no were to be found we could have had a serious wreck going home there service is crappy and there managers are assholes i talked 2 women and one dumb old man that didnt know anything read full review »
