On December 16th, 2008, I placed an order for two very expensive subscriptions ($76.00 each for Octane Magazine) as Christmas gifts for my brother, and brother-in-law. Here it is, March 5th, 2009, and the magazines have yet to be delivered. Not only am I out a bit of money, but I look foolish. The automated customer service line will keep you on hold for seven to ten minutes, and then hang up on you. The emails to the customer service website will go unanswered.
