I signed up for the Introductory Offer of $25 for 2 bags (12oz. each) of coffee, and 4 mugs. The website claimed it's a monthly program. However, on day one, I was billed for the introductory offer plus first month shipment of $38.95. And then one week later, I am billed again for another $38.95. When I called the representative, they claimed I have signed up for a weekly program. The company is apparently engaging in a highly misleading practice and ripping off consumers. read full review »
