All I started out to do was remove one of my three XM radios from my account. I could not get through on the phone and after several attempts, I got placed on hold and transfered from one department to the other wherein no one had the ability to modify my account. SO I contacted them via their online email system. The response was to call the 800 XM number to process my request. I finally waited for them to contact me.
