Like so many of the other complaints that I've read about this company I fell victim to a trial pay offer that, on the face of it, sounded like an outstanding offer for a software upgrade that I really needed. The offer was two bags of coffee, two coffee mugs and two travel mugs for $25. So I jumped at the offer and on Dec. 12th placed my order. On Monday the 15th I checked my account only to find that I was almost $40 short.
