Ordered the trial sample - received it but got no results from the product. Then received e-mail notice that another bottle of the product was being shipped although I did not order or request it. Called the number on the e-mail notice for customer service, was also advised that could go to www.mytrialsupport.com for assistance but could not get past the blogs. Operator took information for order number and customer number, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. and stated that I would be contacted in about an hour. Do no expect to be contacted or receive any further help other than be charged for something that is NO GOOD. read full review »
