I never signed up for anything with this company. When I noticed the 5 charges on my bank statement each of $16.95 I immediately tried to contact the company. After waiting on hold for 15-20 minutes each time a representative would pick up and be unable to hear me. I tried the call over a week on three different phones and still no one could hear me.
