I purchased a plasma samsung television less than a year ago. The sound broke down 3 weeks ago. Rang samsung, they sent out a repair man to fix it, he took it away to a shop in Penrith. I have 4 children and no television for the past 3 weeks, nightmare. I was told I would have to wait another 10 days for news. I will never trust samsung again. read full review »
