I tried to cancel my subscription within the 7 day window however there is no way to cancel. Then they charged my account $69.95. I called to inform them that I did try to cancel, however was not provided a phone number or e-mail or any other communication vehicle so that I could cancel and was told sorry about your luck, it's a monthly fee. I signed up for the program on Feb 20th, they charged my account on March 6th. That's not a months worth of usage. read full review »
