I received an unauthorized charge to my account from this company and another company called www.costsmash.com. When I was talking to the customer service rep today from natures-acai.com to get a refund for the $89.95 charge that was unauthorized he told me these charges were from this company as well. He was able to refund all these charges and supplied me with confirmation # for all of them.
