I paid renewal for my sons Xbox subscription due Nov. 22nd with with a prepaid card bought in a store. Xbox took that payment and continued to try to charge my credit card (which had been closed). They accepted the prepaid card but still turned off the service 30 days later. When my son called to ask what the problem was, they said you have to have a card on file. So we provided a new credit card and they charged the credit card immediately for a years subscription.
