Purchased an LG dishwasher from Best Buy in February, 2008. Dishwasher worked great up until the day before Thanksgiving and went dead. Tried troubleshooting over the phone with LG and subsequently waited two weeks for technician to come out and take a look. Tech determine it WAS broken and then had to wait another three weeks for part. Tech installed part but still didn't fix the problem. We're now past Christmas at this point (when we needed it most).
