We also fell into the trap of the $1.00 success kit and we repeatedly charged $11.95 here and there. I was always unable to reach anyone on the phone number that showed on my card statement. This time surprisingly I was able to connect with someone and cancel the subscription that they scammed us into. Hopefully it works.
