On 2-16-09 IDS Grants charged $94.89 on my Mastercard. I never heard of this company, and I certainly did not authorize any such charge. I called them on 1-866-702-6834 and requested an immediate cancellation and a credit be applied to my account. They told me they would send an e-mail telling me how to reach their billing department to initiate the credit request. He said he sent the e-mail while we were talking on the phone. One hour later I checked my mail, and there was not one from IDS Grants! I am requesting an immediate credit be applied to my account. PLEASE HELP. read full review »
