my wife ordered a "FREE" sample, with an offer she could 'CANCEL" within 14 days of receiving the sample on dec 11th received a months supply, which has been billed to my credit card. on dec. 15th, received the "FREE" sample bottle of 14 capsules. on dec. 15th, I called to cancel, but told it was too late. although her order was in novemeber, she had to cancel within 14 days of placing the order. the fact that the order took over 30 days to ship is "NOY" their fault, and we still owe the money. which I will fight with my bank to get the charges credited. read full review »
