My son in USA sent me a new webcom a few weeks ago along with a CD for installation on my lab top. The CD is showing error -5006:Ox80070015. What should I do?. On the dialogue box, I get a screen to "report". On clicking "report" i get to a screen suggesting i buy a new installwizard. a new soft ware. Why should I buy a new soft ware.
