Total Scam Ordered laptop Feb 6 2008 with the promise of recieving it in 13 weeks. 13 months later still have not received. customer service reps have been giving us different versions of "I am so sorry, I will take care of this immediately" "Cant imagine what happened" "Be there in 2 to 3 weeks" "Be there this week" "Been shipped will receive in couple days' But the best part is when they have nothing to say or just dont want to talk to you anymore they just hang up. The car I was sold (2002 Freelander) had more problems then any car I've bought before. Jeanie (The sales lady) promised me in ayear I wouldn't be upside down in payments which is totally not true. I bought a $1000.00 warrenty and in the first year I had the 2002 Freelander it broke down 3 times nothing was covered under the warrenty, not even the rental car.
